Coffee Bar & Grab-and-Go
Our coffee bar features hand-crafted, seasonal drinks made with beans from award-winning local roaster Onyx Coffee Lab.
With unique flavors created by pH Alchemy; grab-and-go snack and lunch options; and a variety of caffeinated, non-caffeinated, and non-dairy drinks, the coffee bar is the perfect spot to recharge and hang out during your visit.

Plaza Café
Located in the Campus Parking Plaza, the Plaza Café is a convenient place to grab a snack, enjoy lunch with friends, or wind down after a day exploring the trails. The Plaza Café offers a selection of both hot and cold sandwiches, salads, snacks, juices, alcoholic beverages, and cold brew coffee. Indoor and outdoor seating is available.

Heartland Café
Located in the lobby of the Heartland Whole Health Institute, the Heartland Café offers drinks, pastries, and prepared grab-and-go meals.
The Heartland Café is currently offering self-serve options but no barista service.
