This Land brought together 11 works that documented the dramatic social and economic upheaval of Depression-era and wartime America. Through paintings, prints, and photographs, artists bore witness to dust bowl devastation, industrial expansion, wartime mobilization, and the resilience of ordinary Americans navigating extraordinary times.
